Not financial advice#
Nothing published by Sigmate, on this website, in the Telegram channel, via Telegram DM, over webhooks, or through the API stream constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Sigmate is not a licensed broker, investment adviser, or custodian in any jurisdiction.
Signals are detections of on-chain activity. A signal tells you that a pattern our detector finds meaningful has occurred on Solana. It does not tell you to buy, sell, hold, or take any action with respect to any token.
Past performance does not predict future results#
The track record page, hourly recaps, and any performance numbers displayed on the Service or in its communications describe what happened historically. They do not guarantee, imply, or predict future outcomes for any signal, token, or trading strategy.
Individual signal outcomes are measured over a fixed 5-minute window after detection. This is a convenient benchmark for comparing signals to each other; it is not a recommendation to enter and exit trades on that schedule.
Cryptocurrency risk#
Trading cryptocurrencies, especially newly-launched meme tokens on Solana, involves substantial risk. You may lose the entire value of any position in seconds. Specific risks include, without limitation:
- Price risk: token prices can and often do fall to zero. Low-liquidity tokens are particularly vulnerable to rapid, large moves.
- Rug-pull risk: token deployers can drain liquidity, mint unlimited supply, or otherwise harm holders. Our rug-check runs automated heuristics but cannot detect every scam. A "clean" rug check is never a guarantee.
- Smart contract risk: token contracts may contain bugs, hidden mint authorities, or exploitative logic.
- Liquidity risk: the token you bought may become unsellable as liquidity leaves a pool.
- Slippage and MEV: actual fill prices may differ substantially from quoted prices, especially when many traders act on the same signal at once.
- Network risk: Solana can experience congestion or downtime. Transactions may fail, fill at unexpected prices, or confirm after the expected window.
- Wallet risk: if you lose access to your wallet or its private key, your funds and your Sigmate subscription are unrecoverable.
Signal quality caveats#
- The wallet pool is curated continuously but can include wallets that turn bad over time. Wallet exits from the pool are reactive, not predictive.
- Cluster detection reduces but does not eliminate false signals. Coordinated buying by trusted wallets can still precede a rug or a quick unwind.
- The 30-second premium head-start and the exclusive A/S-rank delivery improve the window you have to act. They do not improve the quality of any individual signal.
- Rate limiting, network latency, and your own delivery channel may add milliseconds or seconds to the time you actually see a signal. Plan accordingly.
Your responsibility#
You alone decide what, if anything, to do with a signal. You are responsible for:
- Sizing positions within your risk tolerance.
- Doing your own research on any token before buying. The Sigmate rug check is a first filter, not a substitute for evaluating the team, liquidity, contract, and holder distribution.
- Your jurisdiction's laws and tax treatment of crypto trading.
- The security of your wallet, keys, devices, and API keys.
- Every trade you execute, including trades routed through trade links embedded in signal cards (Axiom, Trojan, Photon, DEX Screener, etc.). Those are third-party interfaces we do not operate.
No guarantee of outcomes#
Sigmate makes no guarantee that:
- Any signal will be profitable.
- Any token referenced in a signal is safe to hold or trade.
- Any rug-check outcome is complete or correct.
- The Service will be available at any particular moment, for any particular user, or for any particular signal.
- Your delivery channel will actually receive every signal.
Jurisdictional limits#
The Service is not offered to users where its use would be unlawful. You are responsible for determining whether your jurisdiction permits use of the Service and whether crypto trading is lawful for you. Sigmate does not onboard users from sanctioned jurisdictions or users on sanctions lists.
Do your own research#
If you are new to on-chain trading, start small. Use the public Telegram channel to study how signals play out before subscribing. Learn how to read a DEX chart, check a token's liquidity, and verify a contract before trusting any alert, ours or anyone else's. Sigmate is a tool, not an oracle.
