Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-24
These terms govern your use of Sigmate (the "Service"), a Solana smart signal service operated at sigmate.xyz. By connecting a wallet and signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Sigmate provides#
Sigmate detects coordinated buying activity by a curated pool of Solana wallets and publishes those events as "signals" to a free public Telegram channel and, for paid subscribers, to additional delivery channels: Telegram DM, HMAC-signed webhooks, and an authenticated Server-Sent Events API stream.
The Service is informational only. Sigmate is not a broker, investment adviser, or custodian. Signals are detections of on-chain activity, not recommendations to buy or sell any token. See Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility#
- You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction to transact in cryptocurrency.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
- You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Service would violate applicable law. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be on any sanctions list maintained by a government with jurisdiction over the Service operators.
3. Your account and wallet#
You create an account by signing a sign-in-with-Solana (SIWS) message with a Solana wallet you control. The wallet address becomes your account identifier. You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding the private keys of any wallet you use with the Service.
- All activity that occurs under your wallet, including subscriptions purchased, API keys issued, and affiliate referrals.
- Notifying us promptly if you believe your wallet has been compromised. Because the Service is wallet-authenticated and non-custodial, we cannot recover a wallet on your behalf.
4. Payments#
Subscriptions are paid in USDC on the Solana blockchain via Solana Pay. No credit card, bank transfer, or off-chain payment method is supported.
- Pricing is displayed on the pricing page and is denominated in USDC. Published prices include the full amount payable. On-chain network fees are separate and paid by you.
- Confirmation occurs when the Solana network confirms your transfer to the treasury address shown on the checkout page. Your subscription activates automatically within seconds of confirmation.
- Finality: on-chain transfers are irreversible. Once confirmed, they cannot be rolled back by Sigmate. See Section 5 for our refund policy.
- Seat caps: each paid tier has a hard cap on active paid subscriptions. When a tier is full, new payments for that tier are refused until a seat frees up.
- Trial: the 7-day Starter trial at $7 is limited to one per wallet, ever. Trials do not auto-convert to a paid plan.
5. Refunds#
Because payments settle on-chain and are final, Sigmate does not issue programmatic refunds. Exceptions, at our sole discretion:
- A payment was credited to the wrong tier due to a Sigmate error.
- The Service was materially unavailable for a continuous 48-hour period during your paid subscription, in which case we will extend your subscription by the outage duration or issue a partial credit.
Refund requests must be submitted via the support ticket system within 14 days of the payment.
6. Subscriptions and renewal#
Paid subscriptions last 30 days (7 days for the trial). Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription expires, premium delivery stops immediately, but your configuration (filters, linked Telegram, webhook secret, API keys) is preserved for reactivation on your next payment.
You may renew at any time by paying again for the same tier or a different tier. Renewals paid while your current subscription is still active stack on top of the existing expiry.
7. Acceptable use#
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast Sigmate signals to users who are not paid subscribers on their own account. This includes forwarding premium Telegram DMs, re-emitting webhook payloads to public channels, and operating paid third-party "mirror" bots.
- Attempt to access the Service by means other than the interfaces we provide, including reverse engineering, decompiling, or probing for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith coordinated disclosure.
- Use the Service to violate any law, interfere with the Service, or abuse rate limits, seat caps, or affiliate mechanics.
- Impersonate Sigmate, its operators, or another user, including by registering misleading affiliate slugs, wallet handles, or support identities.
- Use the Service for on-chain activities you know to be illegal in your jurisdiction.
8. API keys and webhooks#
If you issue an API key or configure a webhook, you are responsible for the security of the key, the secret, and the endpoint you point us at. We will:
- Refuse to POST webhooks to URLs that resolve to private, loopback, or cloud-metadata IP ranges, and will not follow redirects.
- Revoke any API key that exhibits abusive patterns (exceeding concurrent-connection limits, scraping at machine speeds, etc.).
- Terminate any webhook that returns non-2xx responses repeatedly.
9. Content ownership#
The wallet-pool curation, scoring signals, signal rank formula, detection logic, and aggregate track-record data are the intellectual property of Sigmate. Your paid subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to receive and act on signals. It does not grant you a right to redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative services from them.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service (wallet addresses, custom wallet labels, support ticket content, webhook target URLs). You grant Sigmate a license to process that data for the purpose of delivering the Service.
10. Affiliate program#
Use of the affiliate program is governed by the separate Affiliate Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Termination#
Sigmate may suspend or terminate your account and any active subscription if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. We will attempt to give notice when practicable but may act immediately for urgent issues (security, abuse, legal process).
You may stop using the Service at any time. Deactivation does not entitle you to a refund of an unexpired subscription unless Section 5 applies.
12. No warranties#
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigmate disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
Signals are detections of on-chain activity. Sigmate does not warrant that any signal will result in a profitable trade, that any token referenced in a signal is safe to hold, or that any rug-check outcome is correct.
13. Limitation of liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigmate and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
Sigmate's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages will not exceed the total USDC amount you paid to Sigmate in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Not financial advice#
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the Disclaimer for details.
15. Changes to the Service and these Terms#
We may change the Service, including pricing, seat caps, delivery channels, signal quality thresholds, and plan capabilities, at any time. For material changes to these Terms we will post an updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where we can reach you through a delivery channel you configured, notify you directly. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and disputes#
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sigmate's operator is established, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction unless an alternative forum is required by applicable consumer protection law.
